The flower was first cultivated in Greece and was later it was planted and harvested in Iran, Spain, India, etc. However, there are many differences between Persian saffron vs. Spanish saffron. Saffron may be everywhere in the world, but most of them are imported.

From the very beginning, our skilled farmers handpick each delicate saffron flower during the optimal harvesting period, ensuring that only the highest-quality stigmas are collected. It’s a labor of love that requires patience, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Once collected, the saffron stigmas are carefully separated from the petals by our experienced team, who meticulously clean and sort the threads. This hands-on approach guarantees the preservation of saffron’s exquisite aroma, flavor, and potency, which are the hallmarks of our premium saffron products.

In fact, the only step in our process that involves automation is the final packaging of our saffron. By utilizing state-of-the-art machinery for this stage, we ensure the freshness and safety of our products without compromising their artisanal essence.
